U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Gen. Robert F. Hedelund, the II MEF commanding general, Brig. Gen. Stephen Neary, the 2nd MEB commanding general, and Maj. Gen. Odin Johannessen, the chief of staff of the Norwegian Army, visit U.S. Marines with Marine Rotational Force-Europe 19.1 (MRF-E) during Exercise Northern Screen at Setermoen, Norway, Nov. 4, 2018. The distinguished visitors received firsthand understanding on the training the Marines were receiving as well as building enthusiasm throughout the ranks. Northern Screen is a bilateral exercise involving the United States Marine Corps’ MRF-E and Norwegian military, and is taking place in the vicinity of Setermoen, Norway, Oct. 24-Nov. 7, 2018.
