Clubb and Kellogg are platoon commanders with Golf Company, Black Sea Rotational Force. 1st Lt. Kellogg’s platoon continuously supported monthly week-long military-to-military engagements with the Romanian 307th Naval Infantry during BSRF 15.1’s six-month deployment.
