Local Romanian boys check out the turret of a Humvee with the help of U.S. Marine Lance Cpl. Luke Handwerger, with Black Sea Rotational Force, May 31, 2015. U.S. Marines with Black Sea Rotational Force and service members from the Romanian Army volunteered at the Ovidiu City Days event.
