The Army National Guard Memorial located on Omaha Beach, Normandy, France, Dec. 27, 2014. The Memorial was dedicated to the soldiers who lost their lives during the D-Day invasion. Marines and Sailors from SPMAGTF-Crisis Response-Africa visited Normandy to learn more about the history behind D-Day, including the invasion timeline, tactics, routes used by the soldiers.
