Specialist Thomas Shields, a health care specialist with Task Force 6 team, stationed out of Baumholder, Germany, demonstrates how to control a hemorrhage on Lieutenant Theodore Demetriou, the medical officer attached Black Sea Rotational Force 14, during a medical seminar at Traian Placement Center in Constanta, Romania, Feb. 11, 2014. The medical seminar was given to representatives and volunteers from local placement centers and included classes over scene safety, patient assessment, and splinting fractures.
