During a Visit, Boarding, Search and Seizure course, Lance Cpl. James A. Scarborough, a native of Montevallo, Ala., attached to Black Sea Rotational Force-11, rushes down the steps of the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Sea Otter, U.S. Coast Guard Sector San Diego, San Diego, Calif., to secure the ship in a training exercise in Oceanside, Calif. The Marines were selected from the Ground Combat Element to undergo training and work with the Coast Guard to learn new skills that will help them on their deployment to the Black Sea, Balkan and Caucasus regions.
