ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Two reservists and two civilian employees received 2005 Department of Defense Fire and Emergency Services awards for Air Force Reserve Command.
Maj. Gen. Allan R. Poulin, AFRC vice commander, announced the award winners in a memo Sept. 8. The winners are:
Senior Master Sgt. Michael J. Parsons, 419th Civil Engineer Squadron, Hill AFB, Utah - AFRC fire officer of year (military);
Thomas F. Moisan, 94th Mission Support Group, Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Ga. - AFRC fire officer of year (civilian);
Staff Sgt. Michael P. Barrow, 919th CES, Duke Field, Fla. - military fire fighter; and
Fire chief Edward McDonald, 914th MSG, Niagara Falls International Airport, N.Y. - fire prevention program. (AFRC News Service)
