John Fortunato, a pediatrician with 4th Medical Battalion and resident of Salem, N.C. looks after an infant suffering from severe malnutrition during exercise MedFlag06. MedFlag is an annual U.S. European Command scheduled, joint and combined military exercise that took place Sept. 2-14.
