Combat engineers with Black Sea Rotational Force 11 contracted with Romanian excavation specialist to then buildt a helipad for Constanta County Hospital that will alleviate flight time for patients to the emergency room and will allow helicopter evacuation of critically-wounded patients to the trauma center at the hospital -- the only one within approximately 260 kilometers -- and potentially save lives. help to save more lives by getting casualties prompt and rapid medical care.
