Vaccination record cards are prepared for service members receiving the mRNA-1273 COVID-19 vaccine at U.S. Army Garrison Patch Barracks, near Stuttgart, Germany, Jan. 26, 2021. The voluntary vaccines are being administered in a phased approach, prioritizing health care workers and first responders, as well as mission critical and deploying personnel.
