Commander of the Serbian Armed Force Training Center Pancevo, Maj. Sasha Petkovic, shakes hands with U.S. Marine Corps 2nd Lt. Serbian Armed Forces service members worked with four U.S. Marines to share information about the noncommissioned officer rank and role and responsibilities of a platoon sergeant.
