The combined color guards of 2nd Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment and 2nd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment present the colors during a transfer of authority ceremony at Mihail Kogalniceanu, Romania, Feb. 9, 2015. Marines with 2nd Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment will spend the next seven months training with partner nations to strengthen regional security and forge enduring, cross-national relationships.
