After instruction and hands on troubleshooting, Machinery Technician Third Class Janneh Felix and service members from the La Marine Nationale Mauritanienne (Mauritanian Navy) celebrate breathing life back into a formerly nonfunctioning 40 Horsepower engine, in Nouakchott, Mauritania, Nov. 11, 2014.
