A U.S. Africa Command sponsored Basic Intelligence Course, that brought together 28 partner military intelligence professionals, was hosted in Bujumbura, Burundi, November 3rd -21st. The three-week course, which introduced and enhanced the fundamentals of intelligence, was designed to enhance the host nation’s contribution to the African Union Mission to Somalia, which the Burundi Army has supported since 2007.
