James McCook, command sergeant major of U.S. Marine Corps Forces Europe and Africa, in Mihail Kogalniceanu, Romania, Nov. 21. Marines are strategically postured at MK Air Base to support theater security engagements in the Black Sea, Balkan, and Caucasus regions.
