Marines and Sailors with Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force Africa 14 stand alongside the Sicilian people enjoying a rendition of Cavalleria Rusticana, or Rustic Chivalry, a drama by famous playwright Giovanni Verga which tells the tale of a soldier who left for war only to return to find his beloved is to be betrothed to another man. The opera was set in the streets of Vizzini, where famous playwright Giovanni Verga was inspired to write the story, Sept. 7, 2014.
