U.S. Marine Cpl. Ryan Emma, a landing-support specialist with Black Sea Rotational Force 14, from 3rd Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment, explains Marine Corps loading techniques to Romanian members during a pallet building military-to-military engagement on Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base, May 28, 2014. The Marines and Romanians worked together, exchanging pallet building techniques, different equipment and aircraft loading procedures during the military to military engagement in order to learn effective tactics from each other and increase interoperability between the two nations’ embarking units.
