Contingency response drills are designed to train Marines to be ready at a moment’s notice. Black Sea Rotational Force 14 is a task force of Marines and sailors with the mission to sustain positive relationships with partner nations uphold regional stability and increase military operational capabilities while also proving the ability for rapid crisis response in the Black Sea, Balkan and Caucasus regions of Eastern Europe.
