Marine Forces Europe hosted the Black Sea Rotational Force, Joint Operations Seminar II aboard USAG Stuttgart, Germany. The seminar consisted of a one day introduction/discussion on Joint Operations and a two day Joint Coalition Operations Analysis (JCOA) led Case Study of Operations Odyssey Dawn. The participants are 20 Field Grade officers from Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Macedonia, Romania and Ukraine. In order to capture and provide the "Joint Force" optic we provided five discussion leads: two soldiers, two Marines and 1 airman.::r::::n::::r::::n::
