Capt. Adam Steele, ground combat element executive officer, Black Sea Rotational Force 12 is interviewed after a ceremony celebrating WWII Victory Day, Romanian Independence Day and Europe Day in Iasi, Romania May 9. This was the first time American military servicemembers have observed or taken part in the Iasi ceremony.
