Have questions on the entitlement changes for COVID Stop Move?
Review this Quick Reference Guide for Entitlements.

Questions on the newest MARADMINs (192/20 & 193/20)?  Confused how it impacts your PCS?
Review this MARADMIN Guide. Check out the briefing cards with FAQ from HQMC.  If you still have questions, please email MARFOREURAFG1MANPOWER@usmc.mil and MARFOREURAFG1RPAC@usmc.mil for PCS questions.  Manpower can assist you with order modification issues, and the RPAC will assist with current orders issues.  If you need to process an exception to policy (ETP), either for the PCS or HHG, please email the ETP to Manpower.

Have questions about HQMC info on COVID-19?
Check out this COVID-19 Smart Pack – HQMC guidance is only partially applicable to MARFOREUR/AF personnel (OPCON and ADCON), we also fall under COCOM guidance, so some authorities are trumped by the SECDEF orders, such as all members must receive an exception to policy (ETP) by our COM (or your US GO) to execute return from TAD; check with your Chain of Command if you have questions.

COVID 19 has significant impacts to movement restrictions, work location and entitlements that my family and I may be entitled to. Where can I find out if some of these policies impact me?

These two documents provide detailed information on alternate work location and telework regulations, as well as entitlements that you may be eligible for due to the COVID-19 situation. Read them carefully to see if they cover your situation.

What does HPCON mean?

Commanders and public health personnel use Health Protection Conditions (HPCON) levels to guide specific actions you can take in response to a health threat.

*USAG Stuttgart is HPCON Charlie as of 24 March 2020.

Where can I get tested?

Community members who are ill and presenting symptoms, should continue to use the drive-thru COVID-19 screening station at the Stuttgart Army Health Clinic on Patch Barracks. For opening hours, please go the U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) webpage at https://home.army.mil/stuttgart/index.php/Directorates-Support/public-affairs/coronavirus-covid-19.
