Observer/controllers with the Army and the Marine Corps, along with Georgian Military instructors serving as O/Cs, work together to assess the Georgian soldiers during the situational training exercise at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center here. The Republic of Georgia's 32nd Light Infantry Battalion is the second of four battalions to undergo training through the Georgia Deployment Program, a Marine Corps-led initiative designed to prepare the Georgians for their upcoming Afghanistan deployment in support of International Security Assistance Forces there.
